This website translates a book with complex information from printed medium into a website. The task required a deep understanding of the design process, an ability to organize information and introduce it effectively to the user through layout and typography and finally prototyping skills (using Figma).

Before working on the design, a lot of time went into deciding the parameters of what information we would include. My team and I worked out the information architecture and created priority guides for every page, which allowed us to develop the design. Later we also experimented with transforming body text into infographics to make the website more engaging. 

Why South Tyrol?

Selecting the topic of South Tyrol was inspired by my passion for nature and travel. South Tyrol, is an alpine adventure paradise with a fascinating cultural diversity. All these ensure a big variety of content and varying kinds of information.
